6. Recognize your style of connection
7. Exercise your telepathic muscle
This week will be talking about Step 1- Find your still point
This is the most critical step in learning to communicate with animals. You must learn to relax both your mind and body. You need to be able to shut down all your thoughts and relax.
When you first start to do this it will not feel right, you will feel that you need to get up and do something anything. This feeling will go away with time, and it will take time to work with.
It will come naturally, but it does take time and practice.
Below is a sample of one type of mediation:
Close your eyes and place your feet flat on the floor. Take a few deep breaths. With each breath, scan your body for any tension, you are holding. Breathe into those areas one by one, and on each exhale allow all of that tension to be released
Practice this for about 5 mins a day this is just step one. But this will get you use to shutting down your mind for a few minutes. Don’t worry if at first you only do it for a few seconds or a few minutes, you will be able to shut everything down with a little practice.
